Dr. Frank Bisson specialises in the field of white-collar crime, fiscal offences, offences regarding accounting as well as insolvency law and appeals against criminal convictions. A particular focus is the legal representation of auditors and auditing companies in criminal investigations, professional supervisory proceedings, proceedings before the Court of Professional Conduct as well as civil proceedings.

He studied law at the University of Bayreuth from 1995 until 2000 and thereafter earned his doctorate degree at the chair of criminal law and criminal procedure, studying under Prof. Dr. Klaus Rogall, Freie Universität Berlin. Following his first state examination, Frank Bisson already gained experience in the field of business law working as a freelancer in an internationally oriented law firm.

From 2002 until 2004 Frank Bisson performed his legal clerkship at the Higher Regional Court of Berlin with internships in a lawyer’s office, exclusively focused on criminal law, and another international law firm.

Upon his admission as a lawyer in 2004, he worked in the department of white-collar crime and compliance at Luther Rechtsanwaltsgesellschaft mbH in Mannheim (since 2007 in Munich). Having left this company in 2018, he completed a term abroad in St. Petersburg and acquired the official certification of Russian as a foreign language on level B2.

In January 2019, he joined the law firm DIERLAMM Rechtsanwälte as a salary partner.
