The Law Firm

The law firm was founded in 1999 by Prof. Dr. Alfred Dierlamm and is currently one of the nationwide recommended firms in white collar crime. The partnership exclusively specialises in the field of criminal law.

Apart from the defence of individuals, the firm offers legal coun­sel­ling and representation to national and international enter­prises in criminal investigation proceedings. Very important for the day-to-day counselling practice, especially for enterprises, is the pre­caution­ary counselling on criminal law to prevent criminal pro­ceed­ings ('compliance').

The law firm was awarded in 2003/2004 and 2008/2009 in the JUVE handbook, published by the Verlag für Juristische Infor­mation, the prize of 'Law Firm of the Year' in the category of white collar crime.

In 2006, the law firm was awarded the 3rd Soldan Kanzlei­gründer­preis, a prize awarded to founders of law firms.
