Prof. Dr. Alfred Dierlamm specialises in white collar crime, fiscal offences and in the law of crimes against the environment. He studied law at the Universities of Bonn and Trier.
After his studies, he worked as an academic assistant at the chair of criminal law at the University of Trier, then held by Prof. Dr. Krey. In 1993 he obtained his doctor’s degree on a subject of the law of criminal procedure. Alfred Dierlamm started his career as a lawyer in 1994, specialising in white collar crime in the law firm Redeker Dahs Sellner & Widmaier in Bonn. 1999 he set up practice as self-employed lawyer in Wiesbaden.
Alfred Dierlamm is a member of the editorial staff of the leading criminal law journal NStZ. Furthermore, he is an associate professor of the University of Trier for criminal law and criminal procedure law, especially commercial criminal law and law regarding fiscal offences. He is member of the criminal law committee of the Bundesrechtsanwaltskammer.
Alfred Dierlamm is member of the Criminal Law Section of the German Bar Association, the Association of German Defence Lawyers e.V. and of the Association of Hessian Defence Lawyers e.V.
